Gérald de Senger began his Private Banking career in 1995 with Credit Suisse and held various senior and managerial positions notably in Geneva, Cairo, Beirut and Bombay.
Respected, competitive, and result-oriented, Gérald opened JAR Switzerland S.A. in 2016, JAR Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. Singapore in August 2022 and JAR Capital DIFC Ltd. Dubaï in August 2022.
Gérald is the Founder and Chairman.
Nicolas de Senger began his career in 2002 at UBS, where he was twice named UBS Key Talent and UBS Top Performer. In 2015, he co-founded JAR (Switzerland) SA, of which he is the current CEO.
Nicolas de Senger is a banker guided by the conviction that wealth should be used to build the future. For his customers and for future generations. His approach, centered on the need for sustainability and longevity, is underpinned by a long-term vision rooted in reality, far removed from speculation and the immaterial. He is specialized in the Swiss, European and Turkish markets, and is often called upon to resolve complex situations.
His managerial approach is based on developing talents to build a sustainable group together.
Nicolas de Senger is also an investor and entrepreneur who manages a group of companies united within a single ecosystem with a shared vision.
Samer is a Canadian/Lebanese national. He holds a master’s degree in investment management from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal. He is also CISI level 3 certified and has passed CFA Level 1. Samer started his banking career in 2009 with Barclays Capital in London on the sales and trading desk covering MENA institutional clients. He then switched to private banking in 2012 when he joined Credit Suisse Zurich. In 2016 Samer joined JAR in Geneva and he is now an Equity Partner and Board Member at the Group level. Samer was the lead in the setup of JAR Capital (DIFC) ltd.
Tim Walter, a Swiss National, holder of a Bachelor at the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva. Tim began his Private Banking career in 2003 and held various senior positions with Credit Suisse during 19 years. In 2011, Tim have been appointed in Singapore as a CEO. While working at Credit Suisse, Tim co-Founded in July 2020, an Asian focus Real Estate Fund, Komodo Capital Partners Pte. Ltd.
Tim opened JAR Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. in August 2022.
Khaled Al Jazzar, Swedish national, holder of a license in Economic Sciences from the University of Beirut, began his career in 2005 as a consultant, then asset manager from 2014 to 2018 at UBS, he obtained his diploma wealth manager (Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA). Khaled is an Equity Partner at JAR (Monaco) SAM.
Akihiro brings extensive experience from leading private banks and managing global family offices for Ultra High-Net-Worth individuals, families, and corporations. His career spans various financial sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse client needs. With previous roles as an interbank dealer and commodity trader, he has practical expertise in treasury, derivatives, and asset-liability management (ALM). Akihiro’s international exposure and finance education further enhance his industry knowledge. Holding national qualifications, he provides valuable insights into private banking and family office services, enriching the firm’s expertise in this sophisticated financial sector.
Akihiro is a Member of the Board and Managing Partner at JAR Wealth Management Singapore and heads the development of Japanese market.
Charles is a Member of the Board and Managing Partner at JAR Wealth Management Singapore, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in investment and private banking with leading institutions across the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland. He founded Lyra Capital in 2007 and grew it as CEO until its strategic acquisition by JAR Wealth Management Singapore in 2025. In his expanded role, Charles continues to provide executive leadership and, as board member, oversees the development of the Company in South East Asia. He remains the Private Banker of several clients of JAR wealth Management. Charles holds a master’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and the University of Vienna, he is fluent in English, French, and German.
Karol Bonati, an Italian National, holder of a Bachelor degree in Aplied Geophysics, Oceanography from the university of Bologna. Karol also hold a Master degree in Gemology, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CMT, Chartered Market Technician.
Karol began his Banking career in 2006 with UBS Geneva as an Investment Consultant and Credit Suisse from 2011 till August 2022. In 2016, Karol has been appointed in Singapore as a Senior Investment Advisor EAM APAC.
Respected, competitive, and result-oriented, Karol speaks 7 languages.
Karol joined JAR Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. Singapore in August 2022 as a Equity Partner and Chief Investment Officer Asia.
Zied Sayed, a Swiss national, is a CFA Level 3 candidate, Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) and a holder of a master’s degree in Finance with a major in Quantitative Asset and Risk Management from HEC Lausanne. He began his career at Banque Cramer & Cie SA in 2019 as an intern in Risk Management where he contributed to the development and maintenance of Risk Management policies, guidelines, and procedures and to the improvement of risk measures. Subsequently, he transitioned to the Asset Management department where he acted as Portfolio Manager and Advisor while providing coverage to the Execution Desk of the Bank. In October 2022, Zied joined JAR Capital as a Portfolio and Risk Manager to co-manage the discretionary mandates in addition to the wide range of investments offered by the firm.
Patrick Makhlouf is a CFA Level 3 candidate and a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from Notre Dame University. He began his career at Banque Libano-Française in 2014 where he mostly participated in managing in-house mutual funds while being an Analyst within the Asset Management team and the Fixed Income desk.
In September 2021, Patrick joined JAR Capital as an Investment Advisor to co-manage the Discretionary Mandates in addition to the wide range of investments offered by the firm.
Catalin is Investment Counselor and Portfolio Manager for JAR’s Japan Division, bringing 27 years of experience in the financial industry. His expertise spans portfolio management and the development of investment frameworks. He plays an active role in the Investment Committee, shaping discretionary investment strategies. Catalin has held various positions at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley in Japan, as well as at Millennium Partners and UOB Asset Management in Singapore, where he contributed to expanding investment capabilities. He holds a PhD from the University of Tokyo and is an alumnus of INSEAD. He also shares his expertise through master’s courses at Singapore Management University (SMU).
Daniel is an Associate Portfolio Manager at JAR, specializing as a research and investment analyst in the consumer sectors, infrastructure companies, and mass market retailers across China, Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. He develops quantitative models, manages risk, and analyzes qualitative metrics to oversee direct exposures in clients’ portfolios. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Daniel supports the management of the firm’s discretionary global asset allocations. A key member of the investment committee, he holds an engineering degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Modelling Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
Teresa Aerts, born in Argentina and Swiss national, holds a Bachelor’s degree in business communication from ESM – Ecole de Management et de Communication Geneva.
She started her career at UBS as a Client Advisor assistant in 2008 and became a Relationship Manager for the EAM LATAM desk in 2010, where she completed the Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA diploma.
In 2014, she continued her career at BSI Geneva as a Relationship Manager, developing the external asset managers clients in the Latin America region.
Teresa joined JAR Capital in 2020. She is responsible for the training of interns and young talents.
Akari serves as an Administrative Support Specialist for the Japan Desk, bringing over ten years of experience in corporate and investment banking at Japan’s largest financial institution. She possesses deep expertise in strategic financial planning, client relationship management, operations, and administrative functions. Akari supports Relationship Managers by ensuring smooth execution of their investment and operational duties, helping to maintain efficient management of client portfolios.
Jack is the Administrations and Operations Officer at JAR Wealth Management Singapore, playing a vital role in ensuring the firm’s office and administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. He collaborates closely with internal teams and external service providers to oversee the management of essential procedures and reporting. With over six years of experience in operations, administration, and client service, Jack brings a reliable and adaptable approach that supports the company’s evolving needs and growth.
Elina is the Investor Relation Manager at JAR Wealth Management Singapore. She joined from a leading Singapore-based bank, where she managed high-net-worth private clients from Eastern Europe and the CIS. With extensive experience in wealth management and compliance, Elina brings a strong background to her role in investor relations. She is fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian, and is also proficient in French and Spanish.
Nicolas A. Rappoport, a Swiss national, holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Fribourg and a Certificate of Advanced Studies HES-SO in Sustainable Finance. He began his career as a lawyer before joining UBS Geneva in 2005 as a wealth manager for the Key Clients France desk. He later covered the North African market until 2014, during which time he obtained the Wealth Management Diploma (Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA). Nicolas is a Founding Member of JAR (Switzerland) SA and currently serves as Managing Partner at JAR Capital (DIFC) Ltd.
Mathieu Gygax, Swiss national, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel.
He began his career as an auditor from 2003 to 2006, notably at KPMG. He then joined Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as a private banker where he was responsible for Eastern European and Middle Eastern markets, a role he held until 2014. During this time, he also obtained an internal certification in asset management.
Mathieu is a founding member of JAR (Switzerland) SA.
Sébastien Pittet is JAR responsible for the Mitteland Region. With a master’s in economics, Sébastien spent most of his banking career at Banque Lombard Odier & Cie in Fribourg. He is specialized in tax-efficient management and pension plans for entrepreneurs and self-employed persons in Switzerland.
Amir Moradi-Talebi, Swiss National, holds a Master in Political Science from the University of Geneva. He started his career at Credit Suisse in 2007 and was certified as Wealth Management Advisor. He took also responsibility for apprenticeship and the Young Talents and was certified by the Swiss Banking Association. In 2016 he pursue his career at Société Générale Private Banking Suisse as a wealth manager where he was nominated twice as Top Performer before joining JAR Capital in 2020.
Yuki is a Junior Relationship Manager with JAR, bringing a strong focus on client management, utilizing her expertise in international financial processes and her established relationships with global institutions. She manages clients’ investment needs while honing her client relationship skills at a prestigious international bank. Born and raised in Japan, Yuki combines her deep understanding of Japanese business practices with global finance. As a key member of JAR’s Japan team, her experience further enhances her ability to facilitate cross-cultural communication and foster international partnerships, supporting JAR’s global reach.
Bechara Saliba is an experienced wealth manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He is skilled in portfolio management, financial advisory, banking, investments, and real estate. He began his career in 2009 where he worked with leading financial institutions in the MENA region. He held different positions throughout the years from trading to advisory to private banking and real estate.

Marguerite holds two master degrees from St Joseph University in Beirut, one in Economics and another in Banking. She is also a CISI Level 3 certified in investment and ACI dealing certified from the Financial Markets Association. Marguerite started her banking career in 1995 with ABN AMRO BANK N.V in Beirut where she explored the international banking culture in retail, corporate and Private Banking. In 2003, She moved to Byblos Bank SAL where she managed the portfolios of UHNI as a senior relationship manager then as a deputy head of Private Banking. After a journey of 15 successful years in Private Banking, She switched to swiss Private banks in 2018. She worked for CA Indosuez Switzerland then for Credit Suisse for almost 5 years. In March 2023, Marguerite joins JAR CAPITAL in Dubai as Executive Director.
Ayman Khalil, a Lebanese national, holds a master’s degree in strategic management from the Paris Graduate School of Business coupled with certifications from CISI and a CWMP. He began his career in 2004 with Credit Libanais before transitioning to private banking at the Commercial Bank of Qatar in 2007. In 2015, he joined Societe Generale in Beirut as a director in the private banking department, covering GCC and West Africa for seven years. After joining Credit Suisse’s Beirut office in 2022, Ayman assumed the role of Managing Director at JAR Capital (DIFC) Ltd. His professional journey underscores dedication and strategic prowess in fostering success and advancement at his work place.
Habbouba comes with a long experience in the banking sector. She occupied several positions varying from family office to private banking. She started her Private Banking career in 1999 with Samba Finance Geneva, then 7 years Director at American Express Private bank and 15 years with Credit Suisse, Director, covering UHNWI clients in GCC and Egypt. She is skilled in portfolio management and financial advisory. She holds a BA in Business administration and economics, and attended post graduate courses in Economics and Finance at Webster University Geneva.
Nicolas Stampfli, a Swiss national, holds a Master of Law from the University of Fribourg and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Tax Law from the University of Neuchâtel. He started his career at Bank Audi (Switzerland) SA in 2015. Then, he joined the Regulatory & Compliance department of BDO SA in 2016 and participated in several audits and advisory missions for financial institutions based in Geneva and Zurich. In 2018, he continued his career at Banque Cramer & Cie SA as a Legal & Compliance Officer.
In 2020, he joined Atlanticomnium SA, a Swiss Asset Manager, as a Legal & Compliance Officer and participated in the implementation of the regulatory framework for the Wealth Management department. In July 2021, Nicolas joined JAR Capital as Head of Legal & Compliance
Vadim is a Managing Director at JAR Wealth Management Singapore, where he leads the firm’s expansion in serving clients from Central and Eastern Europe. He brings over 25 years of international experience in wealth management and investment banking, having worked across major financial hubs including Switzerland, Singapore, and Luxembourg.
Vadim joined JAR in 2025 following its acquisition of Lyra Capital. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions at Bank of Singapore, Nomura, Société Générale Private Banking, and UniCredit. Vadim began his professional journey as a lawyer with the American law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
Carlos is a Senior Banker and Asset Manager at JAR Wealth Management Singapore with over 20 years of extensive industry experience. He began his career as a hedge fund analyst at a private bank and held continuous roles in asset management since. More recently, Carlos joined a major trade finance company in Singapore, where he managed a fund selecting short-term trade finance investments while remaining a Private Banker for several clients, a role that he subsequently carried at Lyra Capital for 8 years before its strategic acquisition by JAR Wealth Management. In his current role, he manages private client portfolios and actively contributes to the management and strategic development of the firm’s investment funds, ensuring strong performance and delivering value to investors. He holds a Master’s degree from SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Fatia plays a significant role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of JAR Wealth Management Singapore. With over 15 years of experience in office operations and management, she oversees a broad range of responsibilities, including accounting, compliance support, client KYC, audit, human resources, and general office administration. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, Fatia supports the firm’s growth by streamlining processes and promoting clear, effective communication. She is a key support to the Board of Directors for the conduct of operational and regulated matters. Fatia is fluent in Indonesian, Malay, and English.

Sandra Magnenat, Swiss national, holds a Master of Advanced Studies HES-SO in Economic Crime Investigation and a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Business administration.
She started her career at UBS as an allround trainee and continued as a Client Advisor assistant for the Near East and Maghreb Desk from 2008 to 2015, where she obtained the Wealth Management Diploma from UBS Business University.
Sandra joined JAR Capital in 2016 for the opening and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies HES-SO in Sustainable Finance in 2019.
Edrina Ademi, a Swiss citizen, holds a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) as a commercial employee, which she obtained in 2019.
She began her career that same year at JAR Capital as an administrative assistant. As she progressed within the company, she was entrusted with the management of treasury operations and payments, while providing strategic support to the management, gradually asserting her role as Executive Assistant.
With over 15 years of experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance, Omar oversees anti-money laundering strategies, client onboarding, and provides legal counsel to senior management. His role encompasses formulating policies, drafting and negotiating contracts, handling corporate routine work, and acting as Board Secretary.
Omar’s background includes positions at Sami Nahas Law Firm in Beirut and DeyaarDevelopment PJSC in Dubai, spanning corporate law, real estate, and financial services.
A graduate of Sagesse University with a law degree, Omar is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Law and Management from a renowned university in Western Australia, Melissa embarked on a career in compliance upon graduation in 2019. She began her professional journey in Singapore, where she has accumulated extensive experience in compliance roles across leading financial institutions.
Melissa has held significant positions at prestigious banks such as OCBC Bank, and has gained valuable insights into the insurance sector as well. Her expertise spans a broad range of compliance-related matters especially in the private banking sector, reflecting a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management within the financial industry.
In May 2024, Melissa joined JAR Wealth Management Pte Ltd as the Legal and Compliance Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing compliance strategies and ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding the firm’s integrity and reputation in the wealth management sector.
Steve Gallandat, Swiss national, holds a commercial diploma, with a long working experience in customer service and reception, he has joined our team as an office manager in 2019.
Pablo Zapico, a Swiss and Spanish national, holds a Professional Maturity in Economics and Services. He joined JAR Capital as an Intern in September 2020. In September 2021, he took the position of Client Officer.

Mattia Micello, a Swiss and Italian national, holds a Professional Maturity in Economics and Services and is now continuing his education in parallel with his employment. He joined JAR Capital as an Intern in August 2023. In September 2024, he took the position of Client Officer.
